Individual Therapy.

I am often asked what one should expect in working with me. I am not your run-of-the-mill therapist. Of course, I listen well and am very compassionate and calm. But I won’t just sit and ask you how you feel. I do care about your feelings, but I am more curious about your entire experience and how we can increase your awareness so that you can make helpful and inspired choices.

As you may imagine, I help people deal with any issue you can possibly think of—from anxiety to life transitions, the loss of a loved one, or trauma. I tend to attract those who look like an average person but feel that they don’t belong and don’t know what they want to be when they grow up. These folks often come to therapy when they have tried everything, yet still feel stuck in shame, guilt, and confusion.

I welcome the rebels, the ones who feel like they are not living their best life and desperately want to. Together I believe we can find a way for you to get to the life you truly want; the life you are meant to live.
